Responsibilities
Application developer has to create, maintain and implement the source code that makes up the uCertify application/platform.
Requirements
Proficient in web based languages such as HTML5, CSS3
Must be proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript and PHP
Actual, hands-on experience is preferred.
Technical degree preferred but not required.

Conditions to join in uCertify
Mandatory Period- uCertify spends significant resources in training candidates, in return we expect them to continue for a minimum period of 15 months after they’ve successfully completed their training.
Security Deposit- We make huge investments, both in terms of money and time, on our new recruits. For each employee, we spend approximately Rs. 25,000 just to train them. Keeping this in mind, we want to ensure the full benefit of such training imparted and hence the need for your fruitful association with us. We seek your cooperation on the following clauses:
a. On joining, candidates need to submit a fully refundable deposit of Rs. 12, 500 as a security deposit. This deposit is refunded back to them after 15 months of service.
b. If an employee decides to quit before completion of mandatory period, the employee shall refund training expenses of Rs. 25,000 or one month’s salary, whichever is higher at the time of leaving.
