The foremost objective of the department is to provide technical skills demanded by today’s engineering professional by providing a sound technical platform. Mechanical engineers require a solid understanding of key concepts including Mechanics, Kinematics, Thermodynamic, Automobile and Manufacturing. The department provides various laboratories & workshop having all important machines viz. universal testing machine, impact test machine, Brihell cum Rockwell hardness testing machine, models of various Boilers, 2 stoke & 4 stoke engine, Test Rig, Fluid Machines etc for providing skill & knowledge to students.

WORK SHOP
The Institute has well developed workshop in more than 1200 sq. mtr. area having well equipped machine shop, Fitting shop, Carpentry Shop, Foundry shop, Welding & Sheet metal Shop to develop manufacturing skills among the students.
